Support the Service Manager by assisting in the daily operations of Outside school hours care and to ensure service delivery and operation is n line with government regulations, legislation, National Quality Framework and organisational requirements. Ensure educators complete all mandatory training
Ensure all prescribed information is displayed as per legislative requirements and reviewed when required
Maintain the Staffing Scheduling Tool and ensure compliance in relation to qualification requirements and
timeframes for rostering
Work with Area Manager to define and maintain service operational blueprints
Complete Service Monthly Report and ensure accuracy while meeting deadlines
Complete weekly reports as required and requested
Ensure compliance with emergency rehearsals are conducted as per legislation
Maintain compliance with CCS and CCS software
Maintain family information in relation to CCS software
Monitor service practices to demonstrate compliance with legislation
