• Lead designer and drafting of sport field facilities for a South African based company, whom have a footprint in Africa.
• The primary focus is on school sport field designs and upgrades, as well as smaller communal sport field implementations.
• Additional to the sport fields, landscape designs and parking layouts form part of the scope as required.
• 2d CAD and 3D Sketchup drafting of various layouts for single sport fields, multi-courts and multi-sport offerings, including their proposed surrounding buildings / pavilion upgrades

Large Projects: Site Audits for Golf Estates and Residential Estates:

• Completed special projects such as recreational designs and site rehabilitations.
• Planned, designed, and scheduled phases for large projects.
• Steenberg Golf Estate and De Zalze Golf Estate: Completed comprehensive site audits of the Golf courses and their surrounding landscapes
• Drafted 5 year implementation phased documents and planting plan proposals

• Site Audits of large residential communal estates (Baronetcy Estate), presented and prepared upgrade proposals and tender documentation

Large Project: Aquila Private Game reserve

• Located 2.5 hours from the nearest town, this private game reserve required its communal spaces audited, phased implementation plans design and progress implementation plans put together.
• Master plans with detailed design plans, costings and implementation phases completed.
• Coordination of materials and contractors was carefully planned to ensure that implementations were efficiently executed, as there was no room for error and delays.
• Installation of 20 new 10-15m tall trees planted sourced and planted. Careful planning of the installation was required as the trees were transported on large flat bed trucks and the commute for them was 5 hours.

• All new store layouts and shop fittings were discussed with the visual Merchandising team and plans, concepts and final presentations were compiled and presented to the owners
• A digital inventory of all furniture items were drawn up in AutoCad and used to create the optimal store floor layouts in both existing and new stores
• All new furniture items were categorized into their preferred cost category and were then seamlessly integrated into the existing floor layouts in their respective categories
• Travelled throughout South Africa with the Head Merchandiser to ensure that the new products were integrated correctly within the stores
• External projects: South African Airways premium lounge décor renovation: Initial site visit to meet with the client and obtain the necessary brief
• Layout options and products were drawn and selected for the client’s approval
