  • Provide a proactive, accessible, and effective intake, assessment, and triage service for students who require wellbeing support during the day. Recognise and respond to students by identifying and assessing their wellbeing needs, working actively with them to reduce risk, providing counselling support as appropriate, or referring on for crisis intervention support if required.
  • Provide an effective, professional, and confidential counselling service to students in relation to supporting their learning, behavioural, social and emotional needs to ensure their optimal wellbeing. Research, develop and implement student wellbeing programs aimed at providing a proactive approach to known or potential student concerns across small student groups, Year Levels, or the entire cohort.
  • Support students in decision making processes by assisting to clarify their aims and requirements, and enabling them to explore possible courses of action, including setting and achieving goals. Provide support and assistance to prepare students to understand and negotiate life changes, especially at points of personal and educational transition.
  • Utilise a range of resources designed to improve self-regulation and coping strategies to support student wellbeing and build resilience. Develop and communicate support plans for students with identified needs as required.
  • Refer students to external support services as required in accordance with College practices. Under the direction of the Lead Student Counsellor, provide support for critical incidents and/or emergencies providing advice and assistance as required.

As a main part of the development of the people within the organization, I was in charge of leading the process of the bosses, from the directors to leaders with new teams under their charge and I carried out one-on-one accompaniment, coaching, implementation of the 10 characteristics of the leader Terpel, which was built according to the needs of our teams.

I led the "School of Leadership" program for more than 60 leaders and created the "Be a leader with a ROCKSTAR attitude" program from scratch, for ecosystems of transformative, creative and inclusive leaders.

I developed ideas and materials for the accompaniment and development of the leaders' own skills, such as task boards, support with specific topics, mentoring process and implementation of their culture.
