- Cross-border e-commerce platform development and brand strategy. Responsible for planning the layout of cross-border e-commerce channels, and operating and managing online platforms, including Speed Sell-Through, Wish, Amazon, and Lazada. Completed brand building for major platforms during the internship period and achieved the natural ranking of several products on the Speed Sell-Through platform within the top two pages. The profit margin for the Amazon platform exceeded 50%.
- Product development and optimisation. Analyse traffic data and buyer feedback to continually optimise products. We have created several successful products while maintaining a profit margin of over 30% for an extended period.
- We prioritize key customer relationships and optimize the supply chain to ensure stable pricing and product availability while reducing waste and minimizing risks. We established partnerships with three suppliers after visiting Qingdao, Shandong, Keqiao in Zhejiang, Wuxi in Jiangsu, and other locations. As a result, we managed to cut our product procurement cost by 20%.
