· Recognized the need for partner E-commerce platform and conceived the setup of e- platform for AXA. AXA was the first organization to have an E-platform in the very first year of operations. This facilitated the point-of-sale policy issuance and became a growth driver for the Business. The platform was futuristic to accommodate technological and business changes over the years and continues to have a high usage at 83% of AXA policies being issued via the platform.
· Lead the team at Wipro Technologies which turned around a failed program for Zurich Financial Services UK in two months. This led to Wipro Technologies becoming Zurich’s preferred global partner and they acquired all the global accounts of ZFS subsequently. It is currently a 200-million-dollar account for Wipro.
· Implementation of ERP and various Front-End applications.
o Increased revenues and number of polices generated per day, cutting policy delivery cycles by 90%.
o Improved on-time delivery from 60% to 85% by implementation of ERP and E-Commerce system which gave a
competitive edge in terms of pricing the product.
