• Successfully accepted to attend some of Australia’s largest handmade markets including Finders Keepers and Handmade Canberra, seeing Simply Alfie showcased to customers in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra; and
• Successfully had Simply Alfie pieces stocked in small boutique stores across Australia.

Successfully oversaw the management of the Muse Restaurant and Provedore Café. Delivered an efficient, high-quality service, maximised profitability, achieved financial targets and ensured business objectives were met.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the coordination of restaurant management operations in line with the business’ annual budgets;
• Hiring, training and developing FOH staff;
• Maintaining strong relationships with the sites department heads; and
• Complying with OHS legislation, regulations and Codes of Practice.

• Developed and maintained a positive work culture that enabled fantastic staff retention, team work and a high level of customer service;
• Managed and operated both the restaurant and cafe to meet monthly P&L goals; and
• Successfully re-opened the Provedore Café and developed the retail space offering.
