CO-FOUNDER and CEO A DAY ON THE GREEN 2001-2021

  • In 2001 I co-founded the national concert event series a day on the green. For 20 years I was CEO of Roundhouse Entertainment, the music promoter behind the brand, staging large scale concert events around Australia and New Zealand.
  • We had exclusive contracts with 20 wineries and during that period staged more than 500 events. Capacities ranged from 3000 to 23,000.
  • As CEO I was responsible for the entire backend of the business securing artists, developing budgets, all legal contracts, insurance, staffing, marketing and promotions, ticketing, artist and venue contract negotiations plus all aspects of site, production and staging, security food & beverage and merchandise for up to 30 events per season.
  • Built the business into a household name entertaining more than 3 million patrons.
  • I am a self-motivated solutions focused leader experienced in supervising a full time team of 13 plus the many hundreds employed at the events.
  • I have a deep knowledge of the Australian live music industry.
  • Worked with artists including Elton John, Robbie Williams, Fleetwood Mac, Rod Stewart, Leonard Cohen, Blondie, Florence and the Machine, Neil Young, Paul Simon, Sting and the Red Hot Chili Peppers (to name a few) plus thousands of and up and coming Australian artists including Kylie Minogue, Cold Chisel, INXS, Paul Kelly, John Farnham, Jimmy Barnes and hosted Missy Higgins on her first outdoor performance.
