Work History
Managing Director
CIRCA CONSTRUCTIONS / CIRCA PROJECT MANAGEMENT
05.2010 - Current
I have recently started two construction related businesses under the banners of CIRCA CONSTRUCTIONS (domestic/commercial construction) & CIRCA PROJECT MANAGEMENT (design management, construction management & project management)
These businesses aim to offer a complete turn-key approach to the construction industry; from concept planning to construction completion
The businesses will be geared around providing a professional level of client-side management to all clients, where required, with a sound understanding of technical detail, management systems & delivery methods
Circa Constructions seeks quality/boutique projects that are architecturally designed and/or administered by an architect that requires attention to detail
We can also assist clients who are requiring a complete design and construct service by managing the design process through architects either appointed by the client or by Circa Constructions directly
Circa Project Management offers client-side project management, construction management and design management services for professional, like-minded clients seeking a holistic approach to management in the construction industry
Furthermore, through the level of expertise from the below listed summary of employment experience, Circa Constructions endeavours to become more involved in small to medium commercial projects through the successful application of its retained commercial building license.
