  • Started with 1 premise (Narooma Services Club Ltd) in 2001, successfully negotiated an amalgamation between the 'Narooma Services Club & Narooma Bowling & Recreation Club' in 2004
  • The new entity was then called the Narooma Sporting & Services Club Ltd
  • In 2007, successfully negotiated another amalgamation between the newly formed Narooma Sporting & Services Club Ltd and Dalmeny Bowling Club Ltd, bringing the operation both additional assets and economies of scale with the 3 premise operation
  • In 2008, fully implemented the new operation and strategic direction of the 3 premise operation, including a restructure of the business, managing the 100+ staff and meeting KPI's that has allowed the company to increase profits and community engagement
  • In 2012, built a new premise on the Bowling Club site to allow the businesses of the then Services Club Building and the Bowling Club Building to be merged together under the one roof and allow the 'Scales of Economy' to flow through to the profits of the company
  • Managing the Staff and Community expectations with the build, focusing on a new lounge, bar and gaming areas and a large alfresco dining and entertainment areas
  • In 2013, changed the catering department from contract to inhouse, building the department up to a $3,000,000 turnover in 2023
  • Again successfully negotiated the changing landscape of the staffing and meal selections to deliver a successful outcome
  • In 2016, after bedding the different cultures of the 2 previous businesses together, drawing up and implementing a sound business plan, the business achieved its first trading profit in excess of one million dollars, ($1,017,701)
  • In 2018, after analyzing the future requirements for sustained growth of the business, renovated the club again changing the Kitchen and toilet areas, new loading dock and lounge areas, including new alfresco family and entertainment areas
  • In 2018, obtained a Diploma in Accounting
  • In 2023, stepped aside after 22 years to allow a new direction for the company.
