Case Studies

  • As the Optus Business Development Manager for Harvey Norman, I leveraged the relationship with our Ingram Micro representative to understand stock, stock levels, pricing and rebates to provide targeted solutions to customers. This ranged from, mobile devices including mobile phones and tablets, to laptops, printers and routers. I worked with individual consumers as well as schools and businesses in the area.
  • As a Strategic Account Manager, I managed the DHL account for Optus for a period of 3 years, growing the account from 4,000 to 6,500 services by collaborating with all 4 of the DHL business units, DHL procurement as well as internal Optus Commercial, Product, Legal stakeholders and external vendors like Invia.
  • As a Partner Sales Manager, I worked with one of my Partners to present a whole of business solution including mobility, mobile and fixed data, IoT and Telematics to a transport company named U Go Mobility. The customer had a clear requirement to both track vehicle but also manage driver behaviour and efficiency.
  • Presented Telematics and mobility solution to a Not for Profit working with people leaving the prison system. Safety, tracking and time sensitive notifications were highlighted requirements.
