Moving into a service roll was a challenging experience working under a very different environment due to the epidemic.

My first role as General Manager with HMG

2013 City Jeep achieved 1000 club - First dealer in the southern hemisphere to achieve over 1,000 new vehicle sales recognised by FCA Australia.

2014 City Jeep achieved this milestone again delivering over 1,000 new vehicles, and remains the only dealer in the southern hemisphere to do so.

Continuing my journey with Essendon Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge I assisted the New Car Manager with reporting, vehicle stock ordering, assisting colegues with our customers and closing sales deals. As well as maintaining my 18-20 sales per month.

Essendon Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge was the new dealership built and established by Hopper Motor Group. I continued my sales journey and was determined to maximise my opportunities here within the company.

Commencing at Werribee Jeep as a Sales Cadet. I was determined to maximise my knowledge on the current Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge products available and to match the right vehicle in our range to buyers.

I continued my employment with Triple S of South Melbourne as a qualified motor mechanic and then workshop manager.

Tasks involved

- Engine rebuild and reconditioning

- Steering Rack dismantle, reseal and assembly

- Transmission reconditioning.

- Performance modifications, including camshaft and headwork. Fitment of stall convertors and diff gears.

- General servicing and repairs of Engine, Clutch, Brakes and minor electrical work.

- Carry out RWC inspections

- Train and mentor apprentices

- Manage daily jobs and technicians

- Parts stock re ordering

- Job card creating and Invoice costing and close outs.

- Handing over vehicles to customers.

- Cash handling.

I started and completed my light vehicle apprenticeship at Triple S, specializing is European vehicles and focusing on SAAB, Subaru, Audi and VW vehicles.

Beginning with general workshop cleaning whilst training in the correct service and repair procedures as per manufacturer specifications.

Answered phones and created booking for clients, as well as ordering parts for work in progress vehicles.

I started this part time job during high school, of washing dishes and after service cleaning, evolving to 2nd in charge and assistant to the chef of nightly service.

Tasks involved

- Stock ordering and restocking.

- Washed, peeled and cut various foods such as fruits and vegetables to prepare for cooking.

- Followed recipes and chef instructions to prepare food correctly.

- Managed and instructed 2 kitchen hand and food prep staff.

- General Cleaning and Sanitisation.
