• Supported operations during a very busy period where I would be managing up to 80 positions at any given time.
• During this period, I managed to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Evaluated resumes, interviewed, and presented qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicited feedback to refine recruiting strategy.

• In response to Covid – 19, Melbourne Water and DJPR created the Jobs for Victoria (JFV) campaign to create 144 contract roles varying from labor roles to administrative positions
• Ensuring we are adhering to OHS protocols and that we are taking all of the pre-emptive measures to avoid injury to any incoming staff
• Background and health checks through Fit 2 work.

Nab (contract) I was recruited as a recruitment consultant at Korn Ferry where I would pipeline candidates, run recruitment drives and assist all kinds of skilled candidates as well as detailed proactive sourcing and recruitment maps

• Collabera was a recruitment start up where we started all operations in Australia including adding new clients and building a candidate pool
