During my tenure at Lawrence Engineering, where I began my apprenticeship, I honed my skills in boilermaking and gained valuable experience in prioritizing safety and efficacy in the mining, rural and water sector.. My qualifications include a range of licenses and certifications such as the white card, Forklift, dogman, elevated work platform, working safely at heights, confined space, C6 crane and HR driver's license. Additionally, I have gained experience as a shift supervisor at MCA, where I further honed my leadership and team management skills. I am commied to continuous learning and am willing to undergo any additional training necessary to excel in this role. I have had the opportunity to work as a shift supervisor pride myself on my strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
