  • Built and maintain global in-store reporting suite. Used by approx. 1000 users across the business this Power BI based platform is seen as the source of truth for general business reporting (sales, conversions, traffic, stock cover etc.).
  • Supporting the analyst community with Power BI / Tableau assistance, data visualisation reviews, technical solutioning, data modelling, analytical guidance, skill development and mentoring. Helping others solve problems is something I am personally very passionate about.
  • Administer the Power BI / Tableau platforms as a SME. This includes access management, implementing security models including row level security, capacity management and reporting.
  • Providing data assets (power bi datasets, data flows, SQL views, common code samples, .pbix templates etc), that are used by analysts across the business. This has enabled analysts to conduct consistent analysis and helped build a foundation of trust for our team. It has also greatly increase the delivery time for analysis.
  • Built and maintain a number of niche reporting suites for different functions across the business including Finance, Supply Chain,Product and Customer teams.
  • Transitioned the global business from a decentralised Excel/Tableau based reporting culture to centralised Azure SQL/Power BI solution.
