Moved into a 2IC position not long after and was accountable of a team of 12 pickers. Making sure of various jobs being out inside the ETA time slots. Problem solving of RF scanners and getting orders out for the workers.

  • Started in the chiller section picking crates of milk for Woolworth's, paper picking for orders and wrapping pallets and staging them into the right bays to loading on to trucks bound for Woolworth's throughout the Sydney region, this is where I gained my experience on a Ride on Pallet Jack. Moved over to the freezer section 10months later where I gained experience on voice picking and KPI's dealing with temperatures below -24 and making sure my pallets picked are at height, squared inside the pallet and wrapped nice and tight to make sure of no collapse during transportation.
