I entered the industry of disability 12 years ago because I have a passion for helping others. I started as a special education teachers aid and then moved into the community sector as a Support Worker.

I am currently working in the Employment Services sector working with customers who have a variety of disabilities needing assistance in finding meaningful employment.

Pervious to my current role I was working in a management position overseeing Supported Independent Living Accommodation houses.
