Sydney Metro Northwest Value $1.4B Project Scope, Sydney Metro North West is a new world-class railway for Sydney Australia's first fully-automated railway . Successfully completed Design , Package definitions ,Procurement , Delivery and Test and Commissioning of line wide , trains and required systems scope .

Overall, as a Project Director involved a wide range of responsibilities, from strategic planning to hands-on management of construction activities and stakeholder relationships, all while ensuring safety, quality, and financial success . The experience with the Sydney Metro Northwest project demonstrates having the ability to effectively lead and deliver complex infrastructure projects

• Safety and Quality: achieving 5,800,000 Man hours without Lost Time Injuries
• On-Time and Under Budget Delivery , with the successful delivery of Sydney Metro Northwest project, which was completed on time and within budget,
• Strategic, : responsible for setting strategic direction of the project, including delivery, scope allocations and package optimization
• Interface Management: Managing interfaces with various stakeholders, including government agencies, operators, and engineering, procurement, and commercial teams
• Financial Management: Closely monitor the project's financial budgets throughout its lifecycle to ensure it stays within budget

• Autonomous authority for the project delivery, commercial control, P&L, contract management and project controls implementation
