China

• Victoria Gardens residential complex, Beijing. 260 apartments, restaurants, common areas and day spa.
• Responsible for Sketch Design and Design Development in Australia; then 18 month secondment to Chinese property developer in Beijing; responsible for organising on-site project team and management of build.
• Key Achievement: Working cross-culture, and successfully delivering project for Chinese new year grand opening in February 2006.

Melbourne

• Design and Project Architect, responsible for leadership, facade design and project architecture. Projects include the following sucessfully built works:
• Freshwater Place, Residential & Commercial Apartment Towers, Southbank. 60 levels, 536 apartments, $210M; 38 levels, 55,000m2, $180M.
• Collins Square Commercial Tower 3, Melb Docklands. $200M
• Queens Rd Apartment Tower, Melbourne. $165M.
• Bell Centre Student Housing, Preston - 400 student residential units. $25M.

• Responsible for leading and managing the sketch design and design development process for the following:
• CSIRO Marine & Atmospheric Research, Clayton. $22M; QIMR Medical Research Centre, Brisbane. $80M; Westfield office tower, retail podium facade and canopies, Sydney.
