- Manage customer contacts through various methods of communication, including inbound/outbound calls, emails, chat and web forms

- Level 2 complaint handling
- Assisting with 2IC duties for the team and undertaking senior specialist responsibilities

- Reviewing technical issues between agents and customers for required escalation
- Managing Zip acquired Pocketbook's customer base solely
- Assisting the Merchant Experience team when required
- Partaking in the CX-AML responsibilities
- Handling escalated matters for review and appropriate resolutions
- Being the customers voice for further business development
