Office-based role on investigating the issue of ore loss due to stope bridging and dilution due to overbreak, which has caused significant reduction in the value of the RHP project. Findings from this investigation will benefit the company, and form the backbone of the my final year research project at WA School of Mines.

Gained an insight into underground mining operations by gaining experience as a jumbo offsider (nipper) and truck driver. Along with that, exposure to mine ventilation survey has enabled an understanding of one of the roles of an underground mining engineer.
