My experience over the years in Oil & Gas, Mining, Commercial, Residential and Infrastructure sectors of industry’s in New Zealand, New South Wales, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Queensland is now a yardstick for measure for the wide range of core skills and knowledge that blends well with multi-trades and craft I’ve worked within and around over the years there-by gaining the ability to successfully harmonise together industry best practice with local work practice, embracing safety systems, encouraging communication and capacity in supporting good achievable productivity whilst working to meet scope scheduled milestones. I am a proven and highly motivated, reliable industry operations and management incumbent who well knows how to work independently and as a team member, I am experienced in working in remote and urban locations and have a positive attitude, energy and strong interpersonal skills. I always seek to plan-out and negate any tasks which may create a mobilisation, work front, safety, interface or design issue that could impact progress, I approach all scopes of work with an eye for detailed innovation to enhance the possibility and practicality of risk reduction and encourage all craft trades to strive for continuous improvement and excellence to thereafter pass-on and update industry wide.
