- Primary analyst for the Australia and New Zealand Inflammatory Bowel Disease Consortia
- Performed most of the analysis personally including biostatistical analysis as well as training, testing and deploying machine learning models
- Supervised PhD students in both biostatistics and machine learning
- Analysed multi-site medical data collected from the Royal Brisbane and Women's hospital and other major hospitals from across Australia and New Zealand
- Developed multiple disease risk algorithms that underwent peer review and are published in reputable scientific journals
