Born in 1982 in Sydney from Calabrian born parents, i grow up as any normal aussie kid would have. After leaving school early, as school was just not my thing I started out working life as an apprentice motor mechanic. Loving cars i thought it was something i wanted to do for ever. As it turned it it wasn't. I realized pretty quickly the money was not going to be enough for what i have planned for my future. So i got a second job at a butcher shop to earn extra money. Is soon realized there was a gap in the market for high quality smallgoods in Australia. I left that job in 2006 and started my owe business to try and for fill my dreams. I Started Quattro Stelle Salumi with $74000. I now distribute our products all over Australia and South East Asia. Also winning multiple awards for our products along the way. Notable 2013 Small Business Young Entrepreneur of the year. I think working with NSW Health would benefit the industry as i bring a huge amount of experience to the table
I started my current smallgoods company in 2006. Knowledge that was passed down from my parents to myself and experience i had from working at a butcher shop gave me the inspiration to starting my own smallgoods company. Fast forward almost 20 years i have 12 staff and a factory producing smallgoods everyday which are shipped Australia wide and exported to Asia.
We have won many awards, recently the French Saucisson world cup a gold and platinum award
Started working at Pinos Dolce Vita at the age of 18 years old, learning the art of Butchery and some smallgoods production.
Here i had to deal with retail customers food authrity and basically learnt all the skills to run a small business.
