floor, working areas, benches, dough machine and flour mixture machine.
• Sort and removes trash and place them in appropriate recycling bins.
• Operating plate wash machines.
• Use manual and electrical appliances for cleaning, peeling, slicing and
trimming of fruits and vegetables.
• Operating Hot Boxes, Conventional Ovens, Bain Marie, Grills, Bratt Pan.
• Assisting with preparation of food for large numbers.
• Fully responsible for preparation of the food.
• Washing up large volume of different sized pots and pans • Using the
dishwasher to wash crockery and cutlery
• To ensure proper handling of delivery order after receiving and place them
