Working for the THE TOLL client I am responsible for managing the changes and releases for their procurement Platform. The procurement platform was complete end to end platform which serves the government and defence customers digitally. Our team was responsible for maintaining and developing the platform. The platform consists of multiple applications ex. Forgerock IDAM, React UI, Ariba , OTM, Splunk, TMS deployed on AWS cloud. . My job responsibility are but not limited to

  • Scheduling and coordinating technical and functional releases for the platform.
  • Monitoring project milestones and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules and identifying potential roadblocks.
  • Maintaining a centralized release calendar to prevent conflicts and overlaps in changes.
  • Leading Change Advisory Board meetings for functional releases.
  • Coordinating all change management activities during releases, including organizing change team calls and liaising between networks, applications, AWS, and business teams.
  • Managing pre and post-release communication with business stakeholders.
  • Reviewing implementation plans to ensure alignment with the release plan.
