Working for the THE TOLL client I am responsible for managing the changes and releases for their procurement Platform. The procurement platform was complete end to end platform which serves the government and defence customers digitally. Our team was responsible for maintaining and developing the platform. The platform consists of multiple applications ex. Forgerock IDAM, React UI, Ariba , OTM, Splunk, TMS deployed on AWS cloud. . My job responsibility are but not limited to

• Scheduling and coordinating technical and functional releases for the platform.
• Monitoring project milestones and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules and identifying potential roadblocks.
• Maintaining a centralized release calendar to prevent conflicts and overlaps in changes.
• Leading Change Advisory Board meetings for functional releases.
• Coordinating all change management activities during releases, including organizing change team calls and liaising between networks, applications, AWS, and business teams.
• Managing pre and post-release communication with business stakeholders.
• Reviewing implementation plans to ensure alignment with the release plan.
• Providing approval for deployment and testing in accordance with TOLL's processes.
• Ensuring team compliance with TOLL's change management process.
• Co-ordinating approvals for standard changes such as platform patching and vulnerability management.
• Generating reports using service now for the management review of the successful, failed and partially implemented changes.
• Leading Post-Implementation Reviews (PIRs) for failed changes.
• Participating in security meetings to review scan reports, identify vulnerabilities, and schedule corresponding technology changes.
• Signing off on technical and business verification processes during releases, including collecting and uploading testing evidence.
• Uploading maintenance pages (Ticker Messages) on respective TOLL websites for releases requiring downtime.
• Facilitating weekly Open security and problem records to get updates from onsite/offshore teams to get status to be part of the technical release
• Managing the onboarding process for various toll locations, suppliers, and contractors.
• Extracting and auditing tickets performed by ITSD members based on Quality & Auditing Templates parameters.

Source Central is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) responsible for serving a diverse range of clients throughout Australia and New Zealand, including, educational institutions such as universities and schools, transportation companies, and supermarkets. My responsibilities include were:-

• Managed release and environment co-ordination function for multiple clients across Australia and New Zealand
• Liaised with external vendors I.e Optus, Telstra and Vocus etc, to coordinate the changes related to the telephony for multiple source central clients.
• Responsible for planning and scheduling releases/changes in the ITSM tools like ( Connect Wise and Service Now) and alerted other team members of new service solutions.
• Conducted risk assessments for each release cycle and identified mitigation strategies as required.
• Reviewed release plans, coordinated activities with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of releases.
• Managed the communication process between development, QA, operations, vendors, customers and other stakeholders throughout the entire release cycle.
• Managing the environment and their availability to make sure they are in a state to be made available for the various stages of the release testing for multiple clients.
• Managing the release dependencies between the teams and prioritising according their business priorities.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues encountered during the software release process.

Tabcorp is an Australian wagering, gaming, and entertainment company. I was working in the platform which is a central access point for the onboarded application, central provisioning users and access governance foe the Tabcorp employees my some of the responsibilities include as below:-

• Cordinating and working on the on issues which are escalated due to automation issues of Onboarding of Application's users through the Sailpoint Identity management system .
• Provided support for the IAM application, Sailpoint, facilitating the onboarding of applications for provisioning access groups and generating access governance reports.
• Conducted impact assessments to identify stakeholders affected by proposed changes.
• Developed change management plans and tracked progress against implementation goals.
• Coordinated user acceptance testing of newly onboarded application on Sailpoint for provisioning and software prior to deployment.
• Assisted the team in addressing escalated issues concerning access to Tabcorp applications such as DUO Mobile (2 Factor Authentication), VPN, Learning Management System (LMS), etc. Ensured the creation of specific problem records and assigned them to the development team for necessary fixes, facilitating inclusion in upcoming release cycles.
• Generating reports for successful and/or failed onboardings which happens everyday.
• Generating SLA reports for Changes and Incidents.
• Identified repeatable processes and initiated the creation of standardized change templates to streamline the approval process, expediting the release process for the platform.
