My role involved coordinating and managing offshore resources and ensuring they are tracking to project plan and delivering components on time
- Also performed the role of SIT Release Manager, responsible for managing all code releases into the SIT environment in a structured and planned manner with minimal impact to ongoing SIT. These releases needed co-ordination between different geographically located teams e.g., India, China, Philippines, and Australia

The applications that were cutover were Supplier Compliance Rating (SCR), Gift Registry (GR) and EDIQ. Additionally, one Coles EFT interface was cutover late in2011.
