The Administration Officer is responsible for assisting with the administrative and accounting functions at the Torquay Resort. This position processes the accounts payable and receivable functions, daily banking and provides administrative support to the staff and management of the Torquay Resort in order to meet and, where appropriate, exceed expectations. The Key functions are -
Administrative Functions -Assist with the administrative functions on a day to day basis at the Torquay Resort, supporting the Senior Administration Officer and the Resort Manager. To carry out day-to-day tasks associated with administrative and accounting functions and assist with Resort Human Resources - Recruitment and termination paperwork; Annual leave records and queries; Enquiries regarding staff entitlements and records; Liaise with RACV Human Resources to facilitate the provision of Human Resource information.
Member/Customer Service - Contribute to the delivery of excellent member service that promotes a member first culture building trusted relationships with members differentiating RACV Resorts from its competitors.
OH&S & Compliance - Ensure all regulatory policies and procedures are adhered to and compliance to these is maintained, including OH&S.
Team Player - Provide support and cooperation to the Torquay Administration department and all Resort staff. Participate in the delivery of products and services and ensure the quality of work carried out meets the required standards.
To play a key role within the Administration team and ensure in daily ordering, invoicing, receipting and issuing of stock for all departments. To maintain excellent communication skills that will help in building rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
