- In my capacity as Superintendent, I am appointed by the Board of Trustees of Heduru Limited (Trustee to WPGCPT) as Trust Administrator. Heduru is headed by the Department Secretary of Mineral Policy and Geohazards Management. Paid over US$20,000,000 (equivalent) in 2023 and 2024.
- I am also a member of the Investment Advisory Committee in another separate Trust called the LAMIN Trust which looks after Future Generation Funds.

- Responsible for the management of 38 community owned Local business and contractors, who provide goods and services to the giant Ok Tedi Mining Limited. The local communities provide the social licence for Ok Tedi to operate, hence the support in managing local business interest through various programs and projects:
- Leading role in realigning business arrangements in line with Ok Tedi’s new vision 2023 with the intent to increase local content in a US$150,000,000 investment in real estate, which is to be owned 100% by the mine impacted host province communities. This investment will yield more than 8% return on investment.
- Developed Business Development and Procurement Plans and submitted to the Department of Commerce and Industry to align with the overarching National Content Plan.
- Developed Terms of Reference and scope of engagement for external audits.
- In a team of 7 staff members, took lead in developing internal audits and conducted contractual compliance audits and assessment on 37 local contractors with Ok Tedi Mining Limited. Ok Tedi spends more than US$100,000,000 (equivalent) on the local contractors every year.
- Take lead in project and department meetings.
- Manage the Performance of team members through bi-annual performance appraisals against set KPIs and Performance targets.
- Recruited very competent and experienced team member in leadership roles.

- Partnered with PNG Institute of Directors and Banking and Business Management Institute (PNGBIBM) to provide the much needed and relevant capacity building trainings to the local contractor businesses at a cost of US$300,000 (equivalent).
- Active role in setting up 3 Umbrella Companies in 2019 to represent the mine impacted communities with the intent to develop them into flagship companies even after mine closure.

- Responsible for setting up small local community businesses:
- Straight after completing my graduate development program, assisted to set up a small business for a small Lease for Mining Purpose (LMP) village. Also assisted with registering the business with Investment Promotion Authority, open bank account and handed over the business to the locals with a bank account balance equivalent to US$100,000 after a year.
- Sat on the board of the local contractor companies as business advisor.
- Conducted surveys on businesses to ascertain training needs for the small businesses.
- Took lead in setting up a Layer Bird Project at a cost of US$150,000 (equivalent) in Kiunga where 3,000 layer birds were reared and eggs laid. Daily sales yielded equivalent to US$500/day. Procured the caging system from New Zealand through Agmore Industries, a New Zealand based company.
- Assisted to raise US$400,000 (equivalent) to invest in a Transport and Logistics Company for 30 impacted communities. The company’s net worth has grown and doubled its net worth to date.
- Was appointed Business Unit Safety Coordinator for 3 years also.

The research project was important to the Government in terms of Policy recommendations for the Wholesale & Retail sector in PNG and therefore the implications under the Reserved Activity List currently administered by IPA.
