During my Certificate III in Individual Support studies, I gained 120 hours of experience at Beresford Hall in Rose Bay. Responsibilities included using lifters for resident transfers, assisting with showers and dressing, feeding residents, and making beds. Additionally, I handled toileting duties.

• Receiving and Checking Products: I get the stuff delivered to the warehouse and check it.
  
• Handling Problems with Lost or Broken Products: If things are lost or broken, I fix the problem.
  
• Sending Reports to Customers: I tell customers what's happening by sending them reports.
  
• Keeping Work Areas Clean and Organized: I make sure the place where I work is clean and neat, making it easier for everyone.
  
• Ensuring Safety and Checking Tools: I make sure everything is safe by regularly checking tools and equipment.
  
• Helping Other Departments: When I'm not busy, I help out other departments.
  

• Pack products based on customer requirements using flexible techniques for better efficiency.
• Brainstorm and implement ideas to speed up and improve the product packing process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
