• Conduct one-on-one meetings to assist students in preparing effective responses to the university by helping them structure and support their arguments.
• Provided guidance on necessary supporting documentations and reviewed case materials.
• Referred students to relevant university and external services, including Student Academic Success, Monash Thrive, Health Services & Counselling.
• Facilitate pre-heating meetings to explain procedure and ensure student understanding
• Attend Academic Progress Committee hearings, offering supporting throughout and after the hearing.
• Draft and review hearing notes, identifying procedural irregularities that could be grounds for potential appeals.

• Research topic: Revealing the enhancer landscape that drives body elongation during development. This research is in the field of developmental and molecular biology.
• Collaboratively participate and use presentation skills in lab meetings.
• Produce, process and critically analyse results.
• Use problem-solving thinking to adapt experiments or revise experiment planning.

• Facilitated learning of Greek language using variety of instructional methods (Whole Brain Teaching), resources and technological tools (Adobe, Canva, Class Dojo etc.).
• Use communication skills to effectively conduct meetings with parents, colleagues & supervisors.
• Use creative and problem-solving thinking to adapt lesson plans to the needs of the class, resolve altercations between students and provide support to students who are struggling academically.
