· Providing a high level of customer service to all visitors and passengers
· Full check-in host duties with Qantas and Customer Airlines
· Processing Domestic/International Transfers

· Assistance with all customer inquiries, special needs and complaints while balancing the requirements of the operation
· Competent with the use of airline computer software, data base software and other specialised programs
