I worked as a builder’s laborer for successfully completing and working on new builds and extension projects, while supporting a range of tradesman. During 2023 I was the Safety Officer for the company which included reviewing and adjusting Safe Work Method Statements and enforced site specific Personal Protective Equipment and safety rules. I also gained some experience in procurement and work scheduling with staff and clients.

As Kitchen Manager and Cook I was responsible for a critical part of the business operation:

• I developed an ability to read the customer demand from shift to shift and rapidly respond to ensure customer satisfaction and supply was always available with minimal waste.
• Followed methodical approaches to cooking in the Kitchen.
• Responsible for training new staff in policy and procedures.
