• Assess individual needs, coordinating medical assessments, ensuring proper documentation and collaborating with families and health care professionals nursing process.
• Accurate administration of medications to residents, ensuring proper dosage and timing.
• Implementation and monitoring of infection control policies, educating staffs and residents and coordinating response to outbreak.
• Provide comprehensive care to the residents including assisting with personal hygiene, ADLs, bathing and showering.

• Educated patients and families on diagnosis, neurological conditions and processes, treatments and expected outcomes
