- I Have played rugby since I was 5 years old and am only not currently playing due to injury My love for the sport is ever growing and I wish to have the ability to pass that on to the new era of rugby players
- I have experience refereeing U11-U13 rugby when I was 14 which was an extremely eye opening experience into the other side of rugby and I feel coaching will be a further extension of that
- For the entirety of my 17 years playing I was a a tight or loose head prop receiving an extreme variety of coaching over those years from a vast number of different coaches Due to this I have accrued a plethora of different coaching techniques and the understanding to fine tune drills to players and teams Many of these methods I have used in the workplace in order to motivate others around me and instill a more team based mindset while also creating self-accountability
