Working at Lulu and Stone I have increased the warehouse efficiency by implementing new inventory management systems, I have updated warehouse layout and organization to accommodate new equipment, maximize space utilization, accelerate the production time and I have reduced product damages.

Conducting periodic audits of inventory levels I have ensured accuracy, identifying discrepancies for swift resolution.

I also have maintained strict adherence to safety protocols, resulting in a safer work environment. I have boosted manufacturing speed through effective time management and prioritization of tasks.

I have conducted interviews to assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes, hiring qualified and motivated employees, training them in proper use of equipment, safety procedures and company policies.

I also have enhanced staff productivity, implementing effective scheduling and task delegation strategies, maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment by enforcing adherence to OSHA guidelines and company policies, but always fostering a positive workplace culture that motivated employees to perform their best while maintaining high morale.

Using 3D printers and laser machines, I have performed preventative maintenance and calibrated them regularly, ensuring optimal performance and reducing repair costs. I have promptly detected malfunctions, identifying and ordering needed replacements by monitoring machine operation and checking completed pieces.

I have ensured high-quality output and improved customer satisfaction with thorough final product inspections and adherence to strict quality control guidelines.

Working with Spreading Happiness I had the opportunity to prove my ability in production and packaging of spreadable chocolate, solving mechanical malfunction problems, reporting production data and information, cleaning the working environment, training staff, organising samples, controlling of production performance and quality check of finished products.

In W&I Family Farm I've had my first approach in a factory, learning to select vegetables and how to pack them.
