During my time as a trade assistant I worked closely along side others on the jobsite and helped to ensure an orderly, safe and presentable work environment whilst completing my tasks in a timely manner.

I have learnt how to safely load and off-load various materials from trucks, utes etc and also learnt how to properly and neatly stack and store materials.

I was also taught computer skills to accurately order supply and stock.

I picked up communication skills quickly as I was dealing with customers and neighbours every time I was working and they always seemed to be friendly and thankful for me delivering the advertising materials to them. Once again, time management was a large skill that I picked up on due to certain tasks needing to be completed by a deadline.
