Arion Meakin

I am keen to grow my current skillset and develop new ones, and I look forward to working in an industry that aligns with my interest in technology. In school I have proven myself to be a student of integrity, someone who enjoys interacting with others, yet not prone to distraction. I am ordered and methodical and these traits would be beneficial to a wide variety of roles. My experience with building and repairing computers has developed my ability to trouble shoot and find solutions which is something I find very rewarding. My extensive knowledge of technology and computers would be of great use when serving a customer as I could give them all the information they need to know about the product. I am responsible and confident and have excellent time management skills always completing my work tasks on time. My current role has me working with a large team of staff of various ages and backgrounds.

His involvement in the Warren House was pleasing, including his participation in House challenges, inter-year level competitions and House Games. Arion was also actively involved in the Australian Business Week and demonstrated excellent teamwork skills. Their team worked cohesively, and as a result, thrived. Arion demonstrated the FISHER principle of Respect by being attentive during Pastoral lessons., When the class think of Arion the thing that continually comes to mind is his lovely big smile. It is so welcoming and inclusive and makes everyone feel that he is there for them. This is reiterated by his kind heart and his listening ear. He makes people feel seen, known and valued and like they belong and that they are important. His peers want him to know and believe that he is important too. Arion is also a servant. He humbly serves others. He doesn’t do this for the recognition as the things he does often go unnoticed, but he does it because he loves people and wants to improve their day.
