Key Responsibilities:

• During Pandemic, I have successfully led a team of Women in STEM to develop and deliver the latest tech based Citizen Science projects to schools and communities.
• Developed cooperative working relationships with key community stakeholders like schools, Neighbourhood House (Fawkner, Glenroy and Dallas), Merri-Health, Merri-bek and Hume City Council, Merri Creek Management Committee, Museums Victoria, Royal Society of Victoria.
• I have facilitated effective delivery of STEM programs, Citizen science projects and nature based activities within schools and communities since 2017.
• Lead Community consultations via online platforms for post event evaluations to develop ongoing, working relationships focusing sustainability and STEM engagement with project sponsors.
• Liaised with other municipalities, agencies and networks for STEM advocacy and sustainability issues.
• Actively participated in networking meetings and trainings via zoom and other online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pioneered, Designed and successfully delivered a pilot Program through which STEM professional parents volunteer their expertise for Primary Science Club in STEM engagement activities.
• I take the lead amongst the Team to present written reports of activities on a weekly basis and collaborate with the Community Relations and Engagement Team at School.
• The pilot program aligned with the CSIRO’s STEM Professionals in schools Program.
• I have solely undertaken Project proposal, planning responsibilities and have successfully negotiated with school management for running Science Club in 2020.

• As a member of both, Merri-bek's and Hume’s Environmental community advisory committees, I effectively liaise support and provide advice to Council officers & other organizations resulting in making informed decisions on environmental issues.
• I support the HCAN (Hume Climate Action Group Now) Group to encourage environmental action and advocacy in the community.

• A successful effort to reintroduce a self-designed unique Science show, {named TOOTHPASTE TREES: SCIENCE EMBEDDED IN CULTURES} prior developed and advertised through supervised support of project education officers at Royal society of Victoria.
• This project was open for all the Melbourne metropolitan and rural Victorian schools but was later tailored specifically to cater the wider community groups of all ages in Hume.

• Women returning to work} Program participant and a privileged Veski connection extended to only honored participants.
• A dynamic program of workshops and Networking opportunities designed to empower women at different career stages to help them achieve their STEM goals.
• Through networking opportunities, I have successfully been able to create links from VICSTEM Alliance Members.

• Weekly Home visits to CALD and marginalised families (caseload of 14 families) Prepare and organize activity packs and materials for the visit.
