  • Proposing and implementing a new structure within the pharmacy channel. This included making the pharmacy field team redundant and engaging a third-party team (both field & tele-sales)
  • Driving a new culture and ways of working within the team and organisation after the integration of the business to Sanulac
  • Setting up Transitional Service Agreement (TSA) with Aspen during the period of the integration of the two business.
