In charge of a 16 bed residential unit, 6 bed acute unit and 3 bed Emergency department solely nursed based. Triaging patients in ED, escalating illnesses for the acute and residences.

• Conducted thorough patient assessments to identify changes in condition, promptly notifying physicians and initiating appropriate interventions when necessary.
