· Created personalized lesson plans tailored for each student to ensure that I could adapt to each client's strengths and learning styles to ensure goals were reached

· I received ample amounts of feedback from both students and parents praising me for assisting in the overall increase in both grades and confidence levels.

· Actively portrayed my abilities in providing exceptional customer service by welcoming customers, creating customer meals, and providing an enjoyable encounter

· Managed various cash transactions, registers and payments ensuring customers received the correct change every time

· Collaborated with team members to ensure all work was being completed in an efficient manner which further fostered and prompted an effective working environment

· During my employment in this role, I was promoted as an interim manager for a short period, which gave me the opportunity to take on more responsibility and further show my ability to manage a team and work in a collaborative fashion.
