The Harbour Crossing Tolling Project (HCTP)

To provide TfNSW electronic toll collection for southbound users of the Sydney Harbour Bridge (SHB) and Sydney Harbour Tunnel (SHT). An electronic toll collection provided in a multi-lane free flow arrangement. Vehicles are identified through their carriage of On-Board Equipment (“tags”) designed for Australian toll roads, or through images captured by tolling cameras.

Task as Software Engineers for the following key project requirements:

• Vehicle Detection and Classification
• Tolling Tag Detection
• Image Capture and Automated Number Plate Recognition
• Correlation of vehicle, tag and image data records
• Action List Processing, to enable communication with the tag of the tag or accounts status

• Tolling Domain Management (maintenance, monitoring, configuration, logging, and management of the RSS)

The Sydney Airport System -This is comprised of three separate Central System instances:

• GTAS (Ground Transport Access System) which is responsible for access and fee charging of Taxis

• THA (Taxi Holding Area) which allows Sydney Airport operational staff to monitor and control the access control equipment at the Taxi Holding Area which feeds the domestic terminals. This will be merged into the GTAS Central System during the upgrade.

• BLFS (Bus and Limo Fee System) which is responsible for access and fee charging of areas that are not taxi ranks, including dedicated Bus and Limo sites and Priority Pick-up

Task as Software Engineers for the following key project requirements:

• SACL Data Warehouse – for all information collected and generated
• Alarms Publisher – system alerts using e-mail and SMS
• ROAM Backoffice – trip consolidations and billing, transactions blacklist, whitelist and greenlisted tags. Invoicing and Rejections files
• Web Browser – web management interface for normal operations

Hired as an IT Consultant, with the task of developing and maintaining the Integrated Loan System application of one this prestigious bank in Philippines

• PetPlans has been one of the pioneer and leading Pre Need Plans provider in Philippines. Hired as an IT Consultant, with the task of developing and re-engineering most of the company's newly approved project plans using Oracle Developer 6i for the front end and Oracle 9i Enterprise Edition as the RDBMS
