• Installation and Assembly:
◦ Installing hydraulic components such as cylinders, pumps, valves, and hoses following engineering drawings and requirements.
◦ Electrical control circuit wiring for hydraulic systems, such as actuators, sensors, and motor starters.
◦ Mounting and aligning components within designated areas.

• Maintenance and Repair:
◦ Diagnosing faults in hydraulic and electrical control systems through troubleshooting techniques.
◦ Replacing hoses, electrical relays, and seals that are worn out or damaged.
◦ Checking hydraulic systems for preventative maintenance, including adjusting flow and pressure.
◦ Calibrating and testing electrical control circuits to ensure proper functionality.

• Technical Expertise:
◦ Reading and interpreting complex hydraulic and electrical schematics
◦ Understanding hydraulic principles, including pressure, flow, and power calculations.
◦ Familiarity with various electrical components like relays, and contactor's.

• Safety Procedures:
◦ Adhering to safety regulations regarding high-pressure hydraulic systems, electrical isolation, and proper use of PPE
◦ Identifying potential hazards and taking necessary precautions

• Ensure all technical documents, such as reports, drawings, and blueprints, are collected and registered in the system.
• File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
• Organized and reviewed project deliverables with the engineering team and monitored quality to ensure all documents conform to established standards and procedures.
• Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date.
• To liaise with and distribute project-related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties.
• Manage the processes around documentation within the organization.
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
• Manage and maintain all controlled company documents.
