  • This change also enabled mail process stages to occur at the same time, thereby reducing time to sort mail and have live surveys entered and prepared for data entry at a faster time

  • In conjunction with responsibilities outlined below for Supply Chain Planner, was given additional responsibility for overseeing two departments and 10 staff to ensure the timely production of both departments
  • Managed human resources for both departments, including seasonal demands, equipment maintenance, OH&S compliance, production planning and procurement
  • Worked collaboratively with Finance and Sales Departments to plan production in line with customer demand.
  • This role evolved late in 2017 when I was given the task of taking over the procurement and production planning of the organisation involving transferring existing processes and planning into an ERP software package. This resulted in better transparency for production numbers, stock produced and cost of goods sold, labour allocations, along with timely procurement of raw materials and better management of inventory, stock accuracy and lead times.
