Leading small teams in a variety of tasks across landscape construction and the subsequent maintenance of sites. Duties include conducting pre-starts and risk assessments, securing and implementing work permits, leading crews of EcoDynamics staff, supervising subcontractors and liaising with forepersons, engineers and managers to ensure efficient works.

Works may include:

- Application of herbicide

- Brush-cutting or pruning and maintenance of established plants, trees and grasses

- Installing plants, trees, guards, turf, jute mat and mesh, erosion controls, mulch, top soil, irrigation, etc.

- Spotting machinery

Demonstrated expertise in the maintenance of native grasslands by conducting various activities including herbicide application, installation of native vegetation, seeding, brush cutting, and implementation of erosion control measures.

• Responsible for leading teams of up to 20 people dealing with the mass installation of plants/jute/turf in a variety of environments from civil construction, residential to revegetation sites.
• Experience leading on hundreds of sites across VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT, SA. From small time-sensitive day jobs up to ongoing 380,000 plant government projects worth $580,000,000.
• Experience on site coordinating planting crews, landscapers, nurseries, construction contractors and landscape architects to help smoothly deliver complicated spec.
• Daily responsibilities included; managing planters, training, liaising with clients/foremen and more as required, undertaking prestarts and risk assessments, quality checking, taking deliveries, interpreting plans, plant identification, transport and mass installation of plants, completing customer sign off sheets, quantifying workloads and making plans to ensure work is effectively delivered on time.

• Silviculture worker operating under Forestry SA.
• Assisting in setting up and maintaining multiple large macadamia plantations, totaling roughly 230 acres.
• Working on sugar cane in QLD identifying weeds and disease affecting the sugarcane and removing them.

• Supervisor role in a unique environment that bridged medical admin, warehousing, portering and legal requests in a hospital environment. I was responsible for a multi department team that ranged in size from 20-30 staff.
• Main duties of the role included but were not limited to; creating staff rosters, training staff across the trust to use the library system, liaising with other departments both internally and externally, holding meetings, dealing with medical-legal requests from lawyers and law enforcement, invoicing, conflict resolution and recruitment to ensure operations ran smoothly and an efficient service was provided.
• Evaluating staff performance and providing coaching to address inefficiencies.
• Gathering, organising and inputting information into a digital database.
