• As a Critical care Registered nurse (CCRN) in the cardio-thoracic intensive care unit conducing varies duties including, Full Patient assessment, Recognition, communication and providing interventions for acutely deteriorating patients
• Admission and management of post-operative open heart surgery patients such as Valve replacement, CABGS
• Management of patients with Balloon-pump, pacing wired, open chest, ECMO

• Created individual care plans for patients by evaluating healthcare needs based on physical, psychosocial and safety concerns, goals for treatment and available resources of each patient.

• Liaised and communicated effectively with co-colleagues, Clinical Care Coordinator and other health professionals such as GP's, allied health and others to ensure effective continuity of care.

• Evaluated healthcare needs, goals for treatment and available resources of each patient and connected to optimal providers and care.

• Working in various ICU’s across all Monash health sites including Cardio-thoracic ICU, Respiratory ICU, Renal and GI ICU, Neuro ICU
• At the same time working in multiple ED’s within Monash Health and taking various roles such as working in RESUS
• Providing Informed and updated patient care plans based on physicians' instructions, patient’s current health condition and their choices
• Undertaking thorough head-to-toe comprehensive patient assessments, understanding the baseline of these values for the patient, and escalating altered patient status timely to ANUM and the treating team
• Recognizing signs of SHOCK, effective escalation and initiation of SHOCK protocol as per the team, ANUM and the PROMPT Recorded patients' medical status and treatment details in electronic charts to accurately document medical care.
