Purpose of role:

To perform general builder related duties.
Main duties and responsibilities are below:

• General make safe works and reports
• General house duties
• Manual handling will be required

• Liaise with other trades, staff members, clients and occupants

• Completed installations of building structures, trim, flooring and framing.
• Demonstrated versatility in carpentry techniques, working proficiently with both hand tools and power tools to achieve desired results.
• Specialized in specific carpentry tasks such as framing, finish work, or restoration projects to provide clients with tailored services and high-quality results.
• Read and interpreted blueprints to follow specifications of projects.
• Demonstrated close attention to detail to verify quality and accuracy of work.
• Followed established job site safety regulations and maintained safe and clean work area.
• Optimized workspace organization by maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment throughout each project''s duration.
• Planned and executed work with proper tools and materials to maximize productivity.
• Contributed to successful completion of residential and commercial projects by skillfully doors, windows, and flooring materials.
• Repaired existing structures such as decks, or door frames with precision to extend their lifespan without compromising structural integrity or aesthetics.
• Cut, shaped and installed siding, roofing and framing to protect interior of properties from harsh weather conditions.

 Buying painting and plastering material from shop.
 To decide and ordering painting and plastering materials.
 Installing cornice whenever needed on a job site.

 Feature walls in concrete finish paint and other colours.

 Following the instructions as per blueprints and building plans and rules
 To decide and ordering timbers and materials, and preparing layouts required for
different task
 Installing structures and fixtures, such as windows and moulding
 Measure, cut, and shape the plastic, wood, and other materials
 Constructing building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes
 Establishing framework and roof framing, placing sub-flooring and floorboards, and
verifying authenticity of structures
 Building concrete formwork
 Fixing fascia panels, sheathing roofs
 Fitting exterior wall cladding and door and window frames
 Inspecting and replacing damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
 Assembling prepared wood to form structures and fittings ready-to-install
 Constructing portable or demountable housing or similar structures not necessarily
made of timber
 Check orders received for quantity and quality
 Communicating and co-operate with customers, other team members and trade
people effectively
 Keep the track of established safety procedures and techniques to perform job
duties.
