I want start my career in hospitality, I have my RSA, I have done by barista course, I am a dedicated hard worker, with numerous work experience, I have been working for 5 years, sometimes 12 hour days and 50 hour weeks, I would be the ideal candidate and my dream is to open my own restaurant one day.
After my employment at KFC, I got a new job at a chicken shop,
I was there for two years.
I was taking orders, I was a waiter as well,
I was making burgers, and cooking fresh chicken on charcoal,
Every morning I was preparing salads, such as greek, ceaser, seafood and pasta salad.
I was cutting lettuce, all sorts of vegetables and meat,
I was marinating chicken,
I always stocked up on drinks in the fridge.
I gained a lot of experience there, and worked good hours (30-40) a week.
