• I was a baggage handler for over a year at Sydney Airport
• I was unloading and loading thousands of suitcases every week,
• I was towing baggage cans and maintained a good role.

• I took a second job as a waiter at a very popular seafood restaurant on the weekends,
• I was a waiter delivering coffee, seafood and all sorts of food and beverages,
• I was taking customers orders and cleaning tables, washing cutlery and plates.

After my employment at KFC, I got a new job at a chicken shop,

I was there for two years.

I was taking orders, I was a waiter as well,

I was making burgers, and cooking fresh chicken on charcoal,

Every morning I was preparing salads, such as greek, ceaser, seafood and pasta salad.

I was cutting lettuce, all sorts of vegetables and meat,

I was marinating chicken,

I always stocked up on drinks in the fridge.

I gained a lot of experience there, and worked good hours (30-40) a week.

• My first job was working at KFC at the age of 14,
• I was eager to start work,
• I started at front of house, taking orders, handing them out, making burgers and packing orders,
• I was cleaning tables, and eventually moved up to the cooking section.
• Where I was breading numerous amounts of chicken in flour and water, then deep frying the chicken.
• I also learned how to clean the machines, change the oil and wash the heavy duty equipment.
• Demonstrated respect, friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed.
