  • Working as a Business Analyst for Australia Post on client side since April 2021
  • Working on POST+ project at Australia Post (one of their largest funded projects). While working here, I have obtained an understanding of the complex backend reporting infrastructure for impact testing
  • Ran test scenarios unassisted and followed-up with delivery teams on issues encountered
  • Ran SQL scripts to identify any data changes going into the reporting environment & assessed these changes with the delivery teams to determine defects or intention changes for remediation/further impact assessment.
