• Tokyo Electron (TEL): Provides thin-film deposition system.
• Applied Materials - Chemical vapor deposition (CVD) equipment -deposit thin films of material onto disk platters. CVD is a versatile technique that involves the chemical reaction of vapour-phase precursors on the substrate surface, resulting in the deposition of a thin, uniform film.
• Responsibilities involves in servicing and calibration of electrical instruments, robots, manometers, pressure gauges, uninterpreted power supply.
• Experience in calibrating high-speed Robots
• Knowledge in Chemical Vapor deposition Process.
• Calibration and testing of Mass flow controller (MFC) for hazardous gases
• Handling dangerous gases with proper safety procedure
• Duties involves troubleshooting activities on Electrical and Electronic components, Robotics system, Pressure control systems.
